Or More accurately Lindley Woods Reservoir.
This was a a walk basically in three parts, uphill over fields, downhill on roads and then level along the side of the reservoir.

The first part of the walk was pleasant. Mainly through rolling farmland. It was almost the definition of a nice walk. Nothing exceptional just a nice place to walk through.

With the occasional splash of colour from Bluebells in woods.

Much of the walk was variations on the view of the mast.

Dobpark Bridge was just over halfway round

The bridge and the river were glorious

The next mile or so was along the

The path then crossed a bridge over the reservoir

The rest of the walk was through the woods, initially at the side of the reservoir

after we passed the dam, the final section was through a steep sided valley, with bluebells and wild garlic everywhere you looked.

It was a nice walk, made into a good walk by the woods at the end.
